At my request, your company sent me the registration code for my VideoPad, but I cannot use the pro version because I do not have the serial number. I am now forced to use the free version, which is not satisfactory. Unfortunately, to my surprise, uninstalling Express Burn caused my VideoPad to be uninstalled as well, and I have been unable to gain access to the professional version. But a software associated with it, Express Burn, was causing problems, and I uninstalled this. The second issue: I have paid for and enjoyed the full professional version of VideoPad, as your records will reflect. The total $59.93 needs to be returned to me. When I phoned them about this, my bank used the word "scam." However this charges are characterized, they were unauthorized and unwanted. Your company has taken an authorized $59.93 from me since July of 2021. The first issue: Two days ago I discovered that you have been charging me $9.99 every 3 months since 2021, for a "newsletter" that I have never received and do not want! To compound this issue, the "newsletter" in question concerns software that I do not use, PhotoPad. My confidence has been compromised by these two issues. However, I now have two pressing issues your company must resolve if I am to retain my confidence in NCH Software. I enjoy and have recommended to many others your VideoPad and Debut Video Capture Software (Pro Edition).
